As many of you know, my Sony Ericsson C905 phone has been giving me problems for the past 1month. The phone suddenly broke down before Christmas last year. The speaker on the phone set suddenly didn’t worked. I could only use headset or speaker when making or answering calls. I went down to their Service Centre at Wisma to report the problem and was told that I need to wait 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. Since they could not fix the phone, I decided to wait for 2 weeks. Called them again after 2 weeks and was told that there is a delay in the arrival of parts. I was told that they would check and call me back. I waited and no one called. Then I decided to write them an email which I did receive a response. But no action was taken to fix my phone. All these communications took about a month and my phone is still not repaired. Even my friends tell me that I am too patient. Not wanting to wait anymore, I went down to the Service Centre @ Wisma again today. To my surprise, they didn’t have record of my case in their system until I showed them my emails. This is ridiculous, how can they not have records when a case number has been assigned to my complaint. To make matter worse, the CS officer took out my battery to check the IMEI number without checking if the phone was off. They eventually got the Manager to speak to me on my case. I insist that they changed the phone cause I’ve waiting long enough for them to repair my phone. He said that they dun do one to one exchange but I insist. He even got the cheek to tell me that they run out of the parts when no one told me that the parts have arrived. I was fuming mad when he told me that. This means that my phone could have been repaired earlier if someone had followed up on my feedback. They eventually agreed to exchange my phone when I told them about lapse by their staff. But I have to wait another 2 weeks for the new phone. Fine, I will wait patiently for another 2 weeks. If they dun change my phone by then, I am not going to let the matter rest so easily. I am going to make sure Sony Ericsson pay for it even it means that I have to visit their local Head Office to settle the matter. I am very disappointed with them and I will think twice next time before buying a phone from them again.

Hi, I am a victim of C905 too. At least they are giving you a new set.
They refused to give me! I had sent it for repair since 13 Jan after using for 2 weeks. I couldn't hear from the speaker and GPS not working too.
Not only me but quite a number also having the same problem. Obviously something went wrong with the QC!
I am so angry and they just tell me to be patient and wait. For more than a month now! And I had to borrow handset from friends to tide over this period of time.
The reason to wait so long is because they do not have spare part available as this is a new handset.
I wonder if I should go down to Wisma and bang the table and demand for a new set?
