I am fuming MAD

Wondering what made me so damn fucking angry. It’s the stupid & idiotic dry cleaner that I always send my clothes for dry cleaning. I was packing my wardrobe and realize that one of dress that I sent for dry cleaning had purple stains on it. I decided to send it back to the dry cleaner. Instead of being apologetic that they damaged my dress, they put the blame on the material of the dress and insist that the colour stains was due to colour runs of the material. What puzzled me was the dress is in black colour and the colour runs were in purple. They still have the cheek to insist that black colour runs combine with the beige colour on my dress becomes purple. I seriously think that stupid girl do not have any common sense. Since when black combined with beige will become purple. I think that they are just trying to push away the responsibility. After arguing with them then they are willing to take it back to clean it again and also try get rid of the stains. This is NOT the first time I sent this dress for dry cleaning and it never had any colour runs. This is so damn fucking ridiculous. The girl can still insist that some materials only have colour runs after few washes. Purpose of sending clothes for dry cleaning is to avoid colour runs. Anyway this is not the first time they damaged my clothes. The last time they lost the button on my shirt and still blamed me for not removing it. I have enough nonsense from them. I decided that I will not send my clothes to them anymore. It is not worth if they keep damaging my clothes. I rather pay more to go to a more reputable dry cleaner. For your info, the dry cleaner is call THE LAUNDRY SPOT located at THE ARCADE #03-26. If you happen to be using the same dry cleaner, make sure you check your clothes after sending them for dry cleaning.
