As you can see from my earlier posts that I strained my abdominal muscles recently. On Monday, I went to see the doctor who gave me a medication call Anarex (muscle relaxant) to take. The medication was suppose to make you feel better but after taking it for the past 2 nights, I still dun feel much better. Now I cannot sleep on my left side cause the muscle hurts and if I try to turn in my sleep, it also hurts. I wonder if the doctor gave the correct medication or not cause I dun seem to be recovering. Now I got to be careful when I bend down or turn sideways cause it hurts.Haiz, I think I really old lady liao, cannot take all the vigorous activities.

Damn It, My Abdominal Muscles still Hurt!
