Farewell Session on 5 Sept 08

First of all, A BIG THANK YOU to all my frens who organised the farewell session for me on 5 Sept. This is because I am leaving the Company that I've worked for in the last 2.5 years. These frens are those whom used to be colleagues but have now become close frens of mine. I am very touched that many of them turned up despite their busy schedule. Although some just came for a short period of time but I really appreciate their efforts to be there. We had dinner at Jack's Place in Bras Basah followed by drinking session at Loof in Odeon Tower. It's my first time there but I quite like the place. My dinner was sponsored by Eileen and my drinks for the evening were sponsored by Beng, Kai Ee & Hui Lam. I not sure if I should be super duper happy bout that cause they bought me 4 Tequila shots & I Flamingo Lamborghini. Before that, I already had 1 Lychee Martini. It started with Beng buying me 2 Tequila shots and I was already a bit high after finishing them. I nearly fainted when a Lamborghini was waiting for me when I came back from the washroom and that was from Kai Ee. The waiter couldn't lit up the fire in the alcohol so I had to drink it in its original state. I could feel the burning sensation when the alcohol travelled down my throat. The kick came in about 30mins later and by then, my frens could see that I was pretty high. The feeling was just nice. I thought that this would be the end for me. I went to the washroom again and this time they ordered 6 Tequila shots and I was told that 2 of them was for me from Hui Lam. Not wanting to disappoint them, I drank both. By the time I finished these 2 shots, I know I am already at my max. I couldn't even stand or walk properly. I had to get Shirls & Beng to hold me so that I won't fall flat on my face. Fell asleep the moment I board the cab and lucky I had Beng who sent me home. It was only about 12am when I reached home but I was so drunk that I couldn't even walked. Beng had to accompany me to sit at the staircase for almost 2hrs before I could go home. I was feeling sick in the stomach and to make it worse, I couldn't even throw up. Many many thanks to Beng for sending me home and accompanying me. Guess what? I was the only one who knocked out that day. Think I better start saving up for those guys' farewell cause I probably have to buy them a bottle each to get them into the state I was in. So Beng, Kai Ee & Hui Lam, dun forget to inform me when you are leaving. Even if you don't, I will still be able to find out from other resources.
