After weeks of planning, we finally had our department outing at the Singapore Flyer on 29 Aug 08. There were about 45 of us (include the family members) who were at the outing. My boss even treated us to dinner at a Indonesian Restaurant before going for the outing. Because of the dinner, we arrived late at the flyer. We were all quite excited when we board the capsule and when it started to travel up. About 15mins later, we were all pretty bored and can't wait to finish the ride soon. I was busy trying to capture some good shots but they won't turn out as well as using a DSLR. Mycle did get some pretty good ones on his DSLR. We also faced a little problem getting everyone to take a group pix cause some were rushing to go home. Finally did managed to get a few taken. It was quite a fun session and you can see the beautiful skyline of Singapore from the top of the flyer. But I probably won't go there again cause its really nothing special.
