DF Session 29 Aug 08

After months of break, we finally had our DF session on 29 Aug 08. We managed to get the Lucille room this time. This is the room that gave us alot of fond memories. That is where we had our 1st DF session. Maybe its destine that we should start and end it there. Many of them turned up cause its our farewell session for Edy. Guess only farewell & birthday sessions can attract so many people to attend. Maybe some of them no longer enjoy going there anymore. Some may even think its a waste of money. But this is definitely a good place for farewells & birthdays cause we can get a room and those who like to sing ktv can sing ktv and those who like to drink can drink. As usual, there are people who got drunk. Edy was one of the first to knock out cause he was very tired. This is because we had to walk from Flyer to Fullerton One to take a bus after the outing due to traffic jam near that area. Even I was super tired. The other one who knocked out was Jing Chuan. No one forced him to drink but I think he never drink for a long time so didn't know his limit. Poor Cheryl & YY had to keep him company till 7am the next morning before he could drive home. Mycle wasn't that drunk this time but he got a bit cranky again. He cried again but he left earlier cause he didn't want to spoil the mood. The only lady that got drunk is Veron (a new gal from our SQ team) whom we invited cause she knows Edy quite well. Think she was already a bit high when she came over at bout 1am. She kept asking everyone of us to drink with her when she came. I kenna 2 glasses from her lor. Luckily I managed to get Sai Kit to send her home together with Edy since they stay near each other. These are the 4 drunkard prawns for this session.

Fortunately I didn't get drunk this time. I wasn't even close to getting high. I have been blacklisted so not many of them wanna drink with me since I always got drunk. I quite happy to stay awake cause I can hear Sai Kit & Mycle sing some of my fav songs. I really miss their voices. We haven had ktv sessions together for quite some time. I always sing with YY & Cheryl. Many also complimented that Cheryl's singing has improved tremendously. I also received compliments for my singing. The only upset thing was that I couldn't get group pix taken. I thought we could take a group pix since most of them turned up but because Mycle left first and some were missing from time to time, I couldn't fulfill my wish. The reason that I wanted to take a group pix was because I anticipate that we may not have such sessions again. Even if we do, not so many people would turn up again. Well, guess I can refer to the one we took in July 07. At least I still have one nice group pix. Eileen said that they are gonna have a farewell session for me on this coming Friday. This is the time when you can see how important you are to your frens. I already seen some true colours during my birthday. Hope there isn't anymore this time cause I truly treasure this group of frens.
