Live each day, as if there is no tomorrow. Be Happy. Give Thanks. Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is mystery, Today is a GIFT.

What is love?
Just read brother YY's blog and he was talking about love. He mentioned that love is conflicting. Quite true leh. I also dun know what exactly is love. I used to think that so long you love a person, you are willing to accept the person as what they are and willing to sacrifice for the person. I am still right but you need lots of love to do so. Once you no longer love the person, you will find excuses to tell yourself that the person is not for you. Sometimes I wonder how you can love a person forever? When I see those old couples who are still very loving, I feel like asking them how did they maintain their love. When I was with my ex-boyfriend, I would always imagine us still holding hands and walking in the streets at old age. When I see some of frens who have been with their girlfriends or boyfriends for many years, I really envy them cause they are able to maintain the relationship. I guess you must have a very strong mind to do so. I must say that I do not have that quality in me now. There is definitely no happiness in one-sided love. If you really love the person but he/she doesn't love you, then you must learn to let go so that both of you can continue to pursue your own happiness. Chinese saying: 勉强是不会有幸福 is really very true. You rather continue as friends than force this relationship to turn sour. At that time, you may not want to even be friends anymore. Well, love is not everything in this world, you still have your family and frens who will still be there when you need them. Though I must say it makes a difference when you have someone to love you. Sometimes love also depends also on fate lah. Anyway you must also make an effort to fight for your love even though there is fate. Fate is unbelievable at times, you met the person but you cannot be with the person no matter now hard you tried. Sometimes I just wonder why is there love in this world. It is so tiring.
