Queueing for Jay Chou Concert Tickets

Today is the day that we can start buying Jay Chou concert tickets. The first thing I did when I reached office today was to log in to the Sistic website to book the tickets. My nightmare came when I couldn't get into the website at all. I even got my frens to help and try. Still can't get in. I even tried the hotline, also cannot get through. At about 11am, I decided to give up on the website & hotline. I asked for permission from my boss to go for early lunch at 1130am and rushed down to Sistic @ Raffles City to get the tickets. Heard from the staff there that they only managed to served 6 customers for the past 1hr. Nearly fainted cause there is about 10 people ahead of me in the queue. For the sake of watching Jay Chou, I decided to wait. While I was queueing, I also tried to call the hotline. I managed to get through the hotline when there is still about 4 people in front of me. Finally booked the tickets through the hotline after 2 hours of waiting. Got 5 $138 tickets for Selina, 3 $138 tickets for myself, Cat & Sharol and another 2 $108 tickets for Hui Lam. Me think that the seats I got are pretty good lah. Sai Kit didn't manage to get the tickets cause his fren couldn't get through the website & hotline and they decided to wait and see if Jay is going to add another show for the concert. After spending so much time queueing for the tickets, the concert better be a good one. I really hope I have not wasted my efforts. Look forward to seeing Jay Chou in Jan 2008.
