Twisted my ankle again.

Damn suay recently. Today I wanted to go Far East to do a little shopping after going to the office to finish some work. Was at one of the shop with a raised platform. I always go to that shop but no problem. Today when I was walking in to the shop, I didn't see the platform and end up twisting my right ankle. Lucky I could still walk after that. If not so embarrassing. It wasn't a bad sprain but now my ankle hurts a little. I was a bit worried that it is the same spot I twisted the last time at teambuilding. Thank god its not. I am now rubbing some ointment on the spot and hope it will recover soon. Still wanna go bowling on Tues and dancing on Fri.

My throat also feel a bit sore after singing at ktv yesterday. Hope I won't get sore throat and loose my voice AGAIN. So sianz. I want to be able to sing at Friday's DF session. Tomorrow must go buy lots of herbal tea to drink.

Really hope that I will be in my best condition on next Friday.
