Tired of Work

I have been getting pretty tired with my job recently. Not because I am loaded with alot of work and I cannot manage. But because I see the way my colleagues are being treated for the past 9 months. In April, the mgmt decided to transfer one of the section in our dept to integrate with another dept cause they felt that the work they do is the same. The news came so sudden that many of us were shock. We were upset but there is nothing we can do.

6 months down the road, it happened again. This time we were told of the news in advance and the effective date is 1 Dec. Before we know wats gonna happen, the mgmt changed their mind again and moved effective date forward. Suddenly I feel that staff like us are just chess. The mgmt move us around as and when they like it and never spare a thought for our feelings. Though I was never affected by these changes but sometimes I really pity my colleagues who have been or going to be transferred. This time its worse cause they will need to move to a new office in the east. The mgmt never gave them a choice, they just dump the news on them and expect them to accept it.

Maybe because I have build a close bond with some of my colleagues and am pretty upset to see them leaving. My frens in the office are getting lesser and lesser. Don't think I can survive much longer myself. Its really time to start looking for a new job......
