I would like to offer my heartiest CONGRATULATIONS to Kar Seng & Angeline who had their wedding on 9 Nov 08. I've been frens with Kar Seng for almost 10 years and I've seen them develop from courtship to marriage. I am really glad to see this good fren of mine settling down.
