Dragonfly 18 Jan 2008
Our first Dragonfly session in 2008 was on 18 Jan. Most people turn up except Selina (need to attend a wedding on the next day), Hui Lam who came for a while cause he got urgent matters to attend to, Edy who left halfway cause he was sick & Sharol who can't make it. The session was good cause we sang lots of new songs. We also drank alot. I didn't drink much cause I was having gastric problem. Went to throw out my Carl's Jr dinner even before we went to Mono. Had to drink with empty stomach so got high after 3-4 glasses of Vodka Orange. Think I was merlion for 3-4 times that night. Didn't drank much but got super high. As usual, those who always got high was high again, those who never got high still the most awake by the end of the session. Lucky Beng sent me home cause I fell asleep after boarding the car. Seems like some of them also having problems but never really show it during the session. DF sessions are now sessions for us to share our frustrations and drink our sorrows away. Its not so bad afterall if they all felt better after drinking or crying. Well, we still have a bottle of Chivas left so shall continue again during our next month's session. Hope to see everyone next month cause we be celebrating YY & Selina's birthdays.
