A New Challenge

24 May 2010, the day that I begin a new challenge in my career. After being in the Regional section for almost 1.5 years, I've decided that I should move into a new challenge. Applied for an internal transfer within the Company and was glad to be accepted. It took some time for the transfer to be effected. But I am definitely excited to be able to take up a new challenge. I resolute to do well in this current job & prove myself within the next 1-2 years. Many of my friends think that I am not capable just because I was a secretary in my previous company. However they forgot that I had much more working experience than them. I've been in the industry for a long time. Even my current colleagues were surprised that I had 16 years of working experience. One colleague even asked me how could I have 16 years experience when I look 20+ years old. I was happy to hear that people think that I am young but I do have that much experience as I am already 33 years old. I told myself that I will not let people look down on me anymore, especially those who think highly of themselves. However, I will not get myself involved in politics just to be promoted. I shall prove that I am good using my own abilities. I shall work & live with a good heart. I despise people with wicked hearts & step on others to get to the top. I always believe in retribution which I've seen some along the way. If you've done bad, hope you can learn to be good soon. I also hope that my wicked side will never appear. Let's all aspire to be a good person.
