I made a MISTAKE

Think I made a serious mistake. In my anxiety to go Bangkok, I invited the wrong people. Well, not all of them are bad. Only a person in particular. From the point we started planning for the trip, he was already a pain in the ass. Let me share with you why he is such a pain.
No 1:
Our initial plans for the trip were 4D3N but he suggested 5D4N. Since it was only a day difference, all of us agreed to it. But when I was checking on the air tickets, he changed his mind and suggested 4D3N. In the first place, why say 5D4N when you only wanted 4D3N.
No 2:
In order to save on taxi fare to & fro airport, he requested that we should take early flights to Bangkok & late flights back. To be frank, why would you wanna spend a shorter time there when you already paid for the air tickets to go there. Moreover, if you can afford to buy an air ticket, why can't you afford to take a cab. He can even go to the extend of commenting that 1 of my fren is rigid as he had a budget. He also stingy lor.
No 3:
He couldn't make up his mind on the trip at all. Cause when the air tickets went on promotion and we wanted to make the booking, he couldn't provide his confirmation. I thought most of us already gave our confirmation and were just waiting for the air tickets to get cheaper. He eventually gave his confirmation when I told him that I will go ahead to book for the rest of us.
No 4:
We had problem deciding on hotel. I shortlisted a few budget hotels with reasonable prices & good location. The prices & website address were sent to them. The hotels I shortlisted were Baiyoke Boutique, P2 Boutique, On8 Boutique and Twin Towers (which was suggested by the guy). Basically Twin Towers does not have a good location but the guy insisted on staying there cause he stayed there before and he dun know where the other hotels are. To be frank, you can checked the website to look at the location rather than insisting on your choice. I do not understand why he so rigid and yet he can still say that others is rigid. Fortunately, my other 2 frens also not keen with Twin Towers Hotel.
Lesson learnt: We should be more careful when choosing travelmates. I used to find some of my frens who travelled with me a pain but compare to this guy, I think that they are still bearable.
I seriously hope that he wun create more problems when we are in Bangkok. Think someone has to stop me from "killing" him.
