Doing Things Their Way

I seriously dun understand people nowadays. There are people who insist that others do things their way and did not even give you a choice to decide whether to do it or not. And when we do it their way, we realized that they themselves never do the same. They say one thing but do another. I am pretty disgusted by such people. I always believe that you earn your own respect from family, friends & colleagues. If you expect people to respect you, then make sure you do what you say. Don't make others do something but you never do it. Then what is the purpose by making others do things your way? Is it just to make use of them? Don't treat others as a tool. We give in cause we respect the person but don't ever betray our trust. I refuse to be treated like a fool and make to do stupid things. No more nonsense cause I am really pissed.
